The Liverpool Active Workplaces Step Challenge in January and February!

Being more active can be much easier of you can fit activity into your daily routine.  Until 26th February, the Step Challenge was a way to win loads of prizes whilst doing just that.

The Step Challenge involved counting the steps you take across your day within your workplace, setting personal goals of a target number of steps per day; it was all about finding a goal that suits you, then trying to beat it by building up activity in small chunks.

Everything counted, whether taking the stairs instead of the lift, getting off the bus one stop earlier or going to an activity session before or after work - every step counts.

The benefits of getting a bit more active are much more than losing weight - better sleep, more energy, feeling less tired and stressed.

Teams in workplaces can take on the Step Challenge together - and even compete against other workplaces, to help your organisation become the most active in Liverpool.
